• Insurance processing: Obtaining relevant underwriting information, to underwriters for quotation and terms
• Reviewing rates, terms and conditions of quoted insurances and advising clients accordingly
• Documentation: Preparation of various relevant documents required for insurance placement including quotation slips, placement slips, schedules and calculations, cover notes, endorsements, addenda to cover notes, and closing slips
• Submitting relevant documentation to the Administrative Assistants to ensure that required documents are sent out to insurers and clients
• Monitoring respective clients' statement of accounts regularly and ensuring that any outstanding payments are collected from client
• Reviewing the list of renewal business and ensuring that necessary action is taken to renew clients' expiring policies where applicable and necessary

Requirements:

• Candidate without experience is welcomed to apply
• Obtained at least a Polytechnic Diploma and above
• Candidates with prior working experience as RM or FA will have an added advantage
• It will be advantageous to have obtained CMFAS GI certificates: BCP, PGI, ComGi
