4. Technology and Systems Management: Work with IT departments to manage and optimize trading and operational systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies.

5. Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as compliance, accounting, and front office, to ensure cohesive operation and alignment with company’s objectives.

6. Reporting: Prepare and review reports for SGX or MAS.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.

· At least 2 years working experience, excellent skills with MS Office.

· Able to work in a team and individually with minimum guidance.

· Highly initiative with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance.
• Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities.
• Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
• Process leasing sales through preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure successful sale.
• Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products.

Post the job descriptions and openings on the website, newspapers or other platforms, after approval from the Recruitment Manager and Country Director

Screen the resumes received from the websites, newspapers, recruitment agencies, and other platforms

Shortlists resumes for the Recruitment Manager’s considerations

Arranges for interviews with the potential candidates

Manages all basic recruitment issues and queries
