Executive function is a set of mental skills. It includes working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. We use these skills every day to learn, work, and manage daily life. Trouble with executive function can make it hard to focus, follow directions, and handle emotions, among other things.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal adjustments.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions while meeting service standards.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, management reports, and audit schedules.
• Support audit exercises and statutory reporting requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance service standards and operational processes.
• Provide inputs for SOP reviews and process improvements.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in charity organization accounting with IPC status.
• Independent, meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of FRS and Charity Accounting Standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of WorkDay ERP is a plus.

Job Scope:

• Provide support for regional marketing initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and goals.
• Oversee seamless execution of company events, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure key deadlines are met.
• Manage event logistics, including tracking attendance and related details.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze outcomes and share insightful reports.
• Initiate and participate in event publicity efforts, maximizing audience reach and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the distribution of monthly e-newsletters to keep audiences informed and engaged.
• Post and manage updates in Telegram and WhatsApp groups to engage community members and keep them informed of key activities and announcements.
• Maintain consistent social media updates on the Meta Business page and LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Contract Period:

• 24 Months - 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2026

Deployment:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (Tentative working hours, subjected to change based on school time table)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1. Safety in Food Labs

• Assist teachers with the general safety in the food lab i.e. clean up spills on the floor immediately to prevent slips and falls
• Assist teachers with simple first aid treaments such as cuts and burns

2. Receiving food order

• Receive food items ordered by teachers and check the food items against the delivery order
• Pack other food items with appropriate materials and put in the correct storage areas in the food lab
• Keep teachers informed if food items delivered are not in correct quantity or in unacceptable condition.
• Check for food expiry dates and inform teachers accordingly

3. Before and After Practical Lessons of FCE and NFS

• Wipe teachers’ working tables and demonstration table every morning before lessons.
• Clean and maintain the food lab equipment and room after lessons everyday
• Prepare food items and materials needed for practical lessons
• Wash linens that are used for lessons
• Dispose of kitchen refuse from the rubbish bin and lined the bin with trash bag in both labs after practical lessons.

4. Duties during school holidays and events

• Clean and maintain the lab inventory and equipment, report any defects to materials.
• Maintain equipment and utensils of workstations in both Food Laboratories during school holidays and special events

Contract Period:

• 2 January 2025 – 31 Dec 2025

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 5:30pm, (Atleast 4 Hours) inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.

Scope of Works:

• Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
• General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs
• Checking, collating, ordering and receiving of ingredients from supplier
• All other duties as required by the Authority

Requirement:

• PSLE Certificate or equivalent
• 1 yr exp as Food Lab Assistant in Schools
• Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
