Job summary: To support AR, daily finance admin tasks so as to ensure smooth daily operation of Finance Department.

Job responsibility:

• Process invoices to customers/ related companies and allocate receipts
  in AR, Matching of Invoices with receiving
• Apply daily payment in system
• Prepare monthly report for On Trade, Off premise sales rebate
• Issuing Credit note for goods return
• Cashiers for cash submission from salesman
• Monitor Ecomm aging report
• Data entry into Accounting System accurately
• Assist in operation for Coin room

Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Experience in accounting (AP, AR) will be in advantage

• Proficient with Microsoft office excel

Purpose and Scope

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily deployment of routes
• Daily planning of day and night routes
• Conduct site visits and attend to complaints from internal and external stakeholders
• Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues
• Conduct weekly and monthly toolbox briefing
• Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment
• Monitoring of workers' discipline, attendance and tardiness
• Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages
• Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse
• Supervising workers/ vehicle movement and routes
• Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects
• Working together with HSSE team and assist with the maintenance of the overall depot safety and movements within
• Working with Fleet Management on Vehicle planning issue for inspection and etc.
• Upkeep of company assets including vehicle, first aids & spill kits
• Perform coverage of duty when there’s shortage of manpower (driver / crew)
• Any ad-hoc jobs assigned

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed GCE O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’
• experience in Logistics / Operations Management
• Preferably with own transport
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Preferably with Class4 license
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to stay communicated after office hours for replying clients request and
• deployment of drivers when need.

Insurance Program Management
•Support the management of the organization’s insurance portfolio, including procurement and management of insurance policies.
•Stay updated with regulatory changes and adjust insurance coverage or risk practices accordingly.
•Ensure insurance coverage is adequate and relevant to organizational needs.

•Review and analyze claims to identify trends and recommend actions to minimize future claims.
•Ensure all claims are properly documented, and follow-ups with insurers are conducted in a timely manner.
•Prepare risk management reports, including risk exposure, insurance coverage, and claims performance for senior management.
•Conduct internal audits of risk management processes and insurance policies to ensure full statutory compliance.

Risk Assessment and Management
•Collaborate with business units to identify potential risks, conduct comprehensive risk assessments and documentation of risks across the organization
•Support the development of risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement appropriate insurance solutions to cover identified risks.
•Perform risk review of contracts, new business scope and major projects.
•Support the development and revision of risk management policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry regulations and regulatory requirements.
•Prepare regular reports on risk exposure, insurance coverage, and claims analysis for senior management.

Training and Awareness
•Conduct workshops and develop educational materials to enhance organizational awareness of insurance and risk management practices, ensuring compliance.

Stakeholder Management
•Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to align insurance and risk management with organizational goals, while serving as a point of contact for insurance inquiries and supporting stakeholders in risk management processes.

Crisis Management
•Coordinate crisis response efforts by collaborating with stakeholders and establishing communication channels for real-time updates and decision-making.

•Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management (if any)

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment and industry best practices.
• Understanding various insurance products (General and Finance Lines) and their application in mitigating supply chain risks.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to changing environments, thorough risk assessments and compliance with regulations.
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
• Professional certifications in risk management or insurance (e.g., ARM, CPCU) are an advantage
• Ability to articulate concepts in clear and relevant manner to the target audience.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance and claims, risk management, or related fields is required. Experience within the supply chain industry or in a corporate risk management role is preferred
