Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) in Cogent Integrated Supply Chain Pte Ltd. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling export documentation, managing communication and document management processes, and ensuring proper billing for all closed jobs.

1. Manage shipping documentation formalities in regards to Port Authority / Customs / Tradenet / Portnet.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts receivable duties
• Ensure timely and accurate process of sales order, billing of invoice for local & overseas, Debit & Credit note, rebate
• Receivables monitoring and collection
• Statement of account generation and distribution
• Generate AR aging analysis report
• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for delivery or collection
• Prepare all export shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery
• Other admin related tasks on ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Possess at least Higher Nitec in accounting and business
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and NetSuite would be an advantage

Working Location – Tuas Link 1 (7mins walk from Tuas West Road MRT Station)

Working Time - Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR operations and duties.
• Support recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling/coordinating interviews.
• Handle onboarding by preparing paperwork and logistics for new hires.
• Conduct orientations and update new staff records.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
