• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Sales Admin Executive/Sales Support Coordinator
• Working Location: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
• Working Hours: Tuas West/Jurong West (Depending on assigned office)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• To handle PO, DO, Contract, and quotation.
• To attend to customers via phone and email.
• To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.
• To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clients visits.
• Monitoring queries and coordinating with operations team to ensure that quotation is sent out on time and subsequent services are followed up.
• Present, promote and sell marine radio products/services; LSA/FFA services, Chemicals, Mooring Ropes to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Generating and reaching out to customers leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing etc.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• With a Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
• Keen / passion in B2B Sales in Marine Sector
• Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.

• With the growth of the company, the employee will also continue to grow in stature provided he/she puts in that extra effort.
• Apart from client visits the candidate will be entitled to wfh.
• Targets for the first 3 months will be discussed and set only upon agreement.
