• Participating in the procurement team meetings relating to legal matters and drafting meeting minutes;
• Drafting department monthly meetings, work done and work plan of team members;
• Assisting with the drafting of certain papers for Board and Board Committee meetings as assigned;
• Filling in the forms and drafting of reports requested to be submitted to CNAF from time to time; drafting and/or collecting department news articles to be published on OA;
• Drafting and collecting the materials in relation to Legal and Company Secretary aspects for Business Analysis and Work Review Meeting;
• Responsible for the organising of the CVs of directors, as well as organising Company information, policies and other documents for the orientation of newly appointed directors;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Legal and Compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in related field or equivalent;
• Min. 5 years of experience in paralegal work, preferably with exposure in corporate secretarial work;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Meticulous, conscientious and possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
• Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).

You will primarily be responsible for assisting our Business Development/ Marketing Manager/ Team Leader in provide quotations to corporations, and/or end-user customers. The position encompasses both business development and service delivery functions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist in preparing and submitting project-related reports and invoices and ensure submission is on time.
• Creation of project in internal system.
• Assist in issuing project administrative documents like AI/EI, AD/ED, Payment Certificates & etc.
• Liaising with Finance on issuance of fee invoices
• Assist in claim submission administration for the team.
• Upkeep and maintain all existing project schedules.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, and reports.
• Maintain project files and ensure they are up to date.
• Prepare addition and omission work on behalf of the team.
• Assist in other administrative duties as required by the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• N or O Levels or Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
• 2 years’ of industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.

• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Planning, developing, executing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy
• Support the marketing team with planning, executive, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Content creation on digital spaces and production of company’s marketing materials
• Work closely with various teams in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
• Organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
