Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- Competitive salary structured towards helping employees grow with the company

- $2,800-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)

- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month

- Attractive regular team incentives from $300-$800/Month

- Management positions start from $4,000/Month base salary (for candidates identified with leadership potential)

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions of subsidiaries.
• Perform month-end closing activities which include general ledger, posting of journals, inventories count reconciliation, balance sheet schedule and fixed assets schedule.
• Assist in GST/VAT report submission and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee and provide guidance to accounting team in operational financial matters.
• Participate in system enhancements/implementations.
• Support the necessary overseas expansion finance requirement, if needed
• Involve in ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in this role.
• Experience in using Microsoft Business Central system/NAVISION is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macros is an advantage).
• Experience with audit background and/or F&B and handling overseas accounts is an advantage.
• Ability to work with people in different levels of the organization.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Desription

• Picking, packing, and checking stock for delivery to outlets and export.
  Assisting store supervisor in daily operations such as receiving, dispatch, and cleanliness.
• Conducting stock taking activities.
• Maintaining and updating daily operational records in logistics.
• Supporting Manager with various logistics tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'A' level/Diploma.
• Some related working experience preferred.
• Candidate is required to walk and stand for extended period of time.
• Candidate is required to lifting, and/or carrying up to 25kg.
• Required to communicate verbally and in writting with both english and madarin speaking suppliers and vendors.
• Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Possess good follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, and takes initiative.
  

6 days work week (1 day off on weekdays)
Working hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Basic $2,000 + Allowance + OT Pay
