In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

• To promote a range of gastroenterology, endovascular and cardio interventional products to healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialist centres.
• Work closely with sales manager to establish good rapport with customers through excellent customer service for customer retention and market expansion
• Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.
• Perform in-service, product demonstrations, product presentations and evaluations with health care professionals
• Do case support in operating theatre
• Prepare quotation and help follow up on outstandings
• Achieve sales target set by the sales manager
• Report on the activities and products of the competitors
• Represent company at medical events, symposium or conferences to promote company products during weekdays/weekends when required
• Assist in inventory control and management of stock consignment to customers

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the daily preparation and production operations.
• Ensure that all activities conform to SAF guidelines.
• Responsible for the quality of all food items prepared in the production kitchen is as per company’s standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and according to recipes.
• Produce or directly supervise the cooking of production items that require skill sets.
• Ensure that both the preparation kitchen and production kitchen are staffed adequately for maximum productivity.
• Ensure that all required food ingredients are ordered, stocked, and properly stored.
• Must comply with SFA Food Hygiene standard and Factory cleanliness are always maintained.
• Maintain inventory of production equipment and communicate any concerns or needs.
• Ensure quality control by checking our products during production & delivery.
• Any ad-hoc duties will be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in kitchen or factory environment is preferred.
• Candidates are required to handle heavy item and able to daily carry 10-25 kg products.

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Shipping Company or Freight Forwarding Company.
• Some knowledge of Shipping Operations will be advantage.
• Good communication skills and good command of English for both written and verbal.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and well organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc).
• Team player with positive attitude, friendly, hardworking and responsible.
• Able to start work in short notice.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Develop and review company policies.

· Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.

· Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.

· Documents drafting, including letter or email.

· Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.

· Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.

· Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.

· Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.

· Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.

· Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.

· Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.

· Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.

· Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

· Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

· A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.

· Advantageous for candidate who has relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO.

· Good written and spoken language skill.

· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
