Requirements:

- Min Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- At least 2- 3 years of proven experience accounts receivable or related roles.

- Preferably from FMCG industry.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks will be advantageous.

Job Description:-

• To take full responsibilities of accounting activities of Companies within the Group;
• To manage statutory company administration responsibilities;
• To perform daily bank entries and reconciliations - include verifying loan interest and trade financing interest charged by banks.
• To prepare sales reporting and input sales data into MYOB.
• Daily incoming funds reporting for different bank accounts
• To ensure accurate and timely preparation of yearly statutory financial statements and year end company audit;
• To ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management reports;
• To process payments and update daily in-coming fund reporting to the management.
• Daily monitoring and accurate reporting on account receivables and payables;
• To handle quarterly GST declaration submission.
• To handle petty cash
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal compliance/ requirement including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts;
• Liaison with authorities, bankers, internal and external auditor/ tax agent;
• Verify all outgoing payments prepared by the assistant
• Month end closing - intercompany balance reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets/ prepayment schedules, loan schedules across different banks, FX Revaluations

Admin cum Accounts Assistant is responsible for maintaining the financial records and providing administration support for the smooth flow of the company.

She/he works closely with the Company Director and reports directly to her/him.

(A) Administration / HR (Human Resources)

• Responsible for handling full set and partial set accounts.

• Possess auditing skills is an advantage.

• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients.

• Perform office administrative duties.

• Undertake ad-hoc duties whenever assigned.

• Handle walk-in / telephone / email / mail enquiries.

• Liaise with customers, supplier and sub-contractor.

• Maintain the Schedule of Accounts

• Prepare weekly bulletins.

• Print and file full set of monthly financial (sales and expenses).

• Prepare and record sales documents (Quotation, PO, DO, Invoice, Payment Advice, Basic Book Keeping, etc);

• Handle full of company Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
