Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG / beauty industry
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea
• A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
• Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.

• Ensure repair standards meet HQ KPIs for both quality and timing.
• Conduct physical inspections for both incoming and outgoing client and stock repairs.
