Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.

• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.

• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.

• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.

• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.

• Preparation of XBRL submission

• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.Form IR8A)

• Client relationship management, including but not limited to, professional advice to clients, projects/tasks management/coordination.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.

• Those with experience in professional firms is an advantageous.

• Candidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.

• Self-motivated and serious work attitude.

• Detailed and customer-service oriented.

Accounts Payable Executive

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform bank reconciliation on AP payments.
• Follow up closely with operations to resolve any unreconciled AP bank items.
• Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function which includes answering queries and addressing issues on invoice processing and payment, checking of invoices, creating manual supplier invoices, preparing accounts schedules, managing vendor records, and involving in special projects.
• Equipped with very good IT, analytical and MS Excel skills.

Requirements:

• Areas of study in IT/Accounting/ Business/ Finance
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Independent, confident, meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, good team player, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong accounting acknowledge

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Support Admin Manager in various matters within the department
• Perform general administrative support to the company, including up keeping of office equipment, office supplies, stationery and pantry replenishment, etc.
• Manage and maintain the company’s licensing and operational accreditations
• Assist in budgeting & forecasting and providing pipeline information to the management
• Assist in timely, accurate month-end closing on project financials
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and support audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and well verse in MYOB
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
