• Maintain and update purchasing document/records
• Responsible for local and overseas sourcing, complete ordering processing, checking price and RFQ process
• Other administrative work as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Possess MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
