Job Summary

Job Descriptions

Product Knowledge:

• Educate customers on the benefits of different products and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.

Customer Service:

• Provide good services for customer in finding products.
• Listen to customer inquiries and concerns and provide knowledgeable responses.
• Offer product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Merchandising and Stock Management:

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stocktaking, and product ordering.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Working schedule & Salary package

• 6 days working per week (11.00am – 9.00pm), 1 day off per week.
• You can choose your off day on special occasions.
• $2,600 - $2,800 SGD (During probation period)
• $2,900 - $3,300 SGD (After probation period)
• No sale KPI needed!!

Requirements

• 1-2years retail sales background experience will be an advantage.

Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claim, grants, programmes and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Public Relations strategies, riding on various media channels aligned with the overall marketing strategy
• Write and edit content such as press releases , bylined articles, briefing materials, and social media posts.

Responsibilities

The role will assist in the functions described below:

HRIS

· Assist in post implementation. Analyse, troubleshoot and rectify issues raised during the implementation of the processes required for the HRIS

· Maintenance of the HRIS

· Maintain, create, and update all documents related to HR processes including employee files, policies and procedures

· Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports

Training & Development

• Assist in department training & development needs
• Assist to source and administer L&D programmes and initiatives, including submission of government training grants

Compensation & Benefits

· Assist in insurance renewal, claims and leave administration

· Administer employee’s work injury related issues and all other insurance matter

· Maintain the eLeave system and prepare annual closing on carried forward leave

Payroll administration

· Prepare and process payroll for MCL

· Support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and any other payroll-related matter

HR Policy Compliance

· Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and regulations.

· Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation

· Support all HR related survey

General Responsibilities:

Customer Care Centre (CCC) Operations:

• Support Business Operations Manager on identifying, evaluating, and driving operations excellence in processes and call agents’ efficiency.
• Support Business Operations Manager on ensuring timely execution of all continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Business Operations Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration between CCC and CM to ensure pricing maintenance accuracy and timeliness.

Client Management (CM) Operations

• Support Business Operations Manager on ensuring operational excellence of client management team with regards to successful fulfilment of clients’ key performance index and achieve high clients’ satisfaction scores
• Support Business Operations Manager on the negotiation process for renewal. Preparation of contracts, providing accurate inputs on pricing and contract terms.
• Support Business Operations Manager to establish relationships and identify upselling opportunities (Value Added Services) for existing clients.
• Support Business Operations Manager on assessing the current business profitability to ensure long-term sustainability and retention of profitable clients / business lines.
• Manage business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth client integration.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstration of operational experience in applying project management principles for medium- to large-sized projects in similar industries for 3/4PL service.
• Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills.
• Comfortable working with data and data analytical tools/applications to develop and present dashboards and analytical reports.
• Demonstrate skills in market research and audit.
• Proven client and customer account management skills
• Demonstrate ability to manage global/regional/country level assignments and projects.
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.
