Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy
• Contribute creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function,
• house-keeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image

Inventory replenishment

• Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal

Contract Period: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Scope of Services

The ICT Executive will be responsible for the following services:

1. Training Development and Delivery:Design and prepare ICT training materials based on the school’s requirements.
   Conduct training sessions for staff and students as needed.
   
2. Video Support:Support video capturing and editing for teaching and learning purposes.
   Facilitate video conferencing and streaming during school programs and events.
   
3. Technical Support:Provide technical support for equipment, including general troubleshooting and maintenance.
   
4. Procurement:Assist in the procurement of ICT-related items for departmental programs, events, or webpages.
   
5. Project Research:Research and develop new ICT projects aligned with the school’s needs.
   
6. Survey Management:Prepare, conduct, and collate surveys to assess school and departmental needs.
   
7. Inventory Management:Maintain the online inventory system and manage the condemnation of equipment as needed.
   
8. Administrative Support:Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required.
   

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferably a Polytechnic Diploma (or its equivalent) or relevant WSQ certificates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player who is organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in software applications and up-to-date with current technology.
• Competent in conducting ICT training with students and/or staff, video editing, technical support, and procurement.
