Job Description

• Help with entering GST invoices, necessitating a solid grasp of GST regulations.
• Handle employee expense claims and other accounts payable invoices.
• Provide assistence in gathering data for audit requests.
• Offer administrative support, such as organizing and scanning documents.
• Proficient in all aspects of accounting functions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year experience in audit or AP experience
• Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly Journal entries including accrual and necessary adjustments
• Weekly Cashflow planning
• Manage AR collection and liaise with operation closely for AR aging and other matters
• Maintain fixed asset management (Filing system)
• Compute monthly sales commission
• Perform inter-company reconciliation
• Audit schedule updating and quarterly review
• Quarterly GST report
• Assist in annual reporting and tax return & annual budget
• Provide support to AP team.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
