Responsibilities

• Fulfill Accounts Payable service levels for internal business users and external parties, including responding to AP queries, scanning, and posting invoices

This role will support the day-to-day administration of industry engagement and partnerships at CFISG, working closely with the Executive Director and Director of Strategy, Partnerships, and Technology Translation. The candidate will play a key role in driving industry engagement and partnership activities, bridging communication and collaboration between CFI Singapore, partner institutions, and industry stakeholders to advance joint initiatives and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities. Success in this role requires diplomacy, creativity, and a detail-oriented mindset, along with the ability to navigate complex institutional and research environments. The successful candidate will cover the following roles:

a) Strategic Partnership Development and Engagement

• Organize and facilitate partner engagement activities, such as workshops, roundtable discussions, or other events, to showcase research advancements and explore new collaboration opportunities.
• Establish and manage a partnership pipeline, tracking potential new partners and strategically aligning their interests with CFISG’s core objectives and ongoing research initiatives.

c) IP and Technology Translation Management

d) Resource and Partnership Management
