Job Scope:

Sales Executive, Optics:

• Engage with customers to understand their eyewear needs and preferences.
• Provide information about various eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescription, style, and budget.
• Process transactions and handle sales-related tasks, such as inventory management and order processing.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Retail Optician:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to determine the correct prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
• Interpret prescriptions and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and lens coatings based on individual needs.
• Take accurate measurements for eyewear fittings, ensuring proper alignment and comfort.
• Provide guidance on lens options, including coatings for UV protection, anti-glare, and scratch resistance.
• Assist in adjusting and repairing eyewear, as well as educating customers on eyewear care.

Retail Optometrist:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, diseases, and refractive errors.
• Prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses based on examination findings.
• Educate patients about eye health, proper eyewear usage, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Retail Opticians to ensure accurate implementation of prescriptions and proper fitting of eyewear.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in relevant experience in Retail Optics / Optics Industry
• Fully Registered Optician with OOB Singapore
• Provisional / Fully Registered Optometrist with OOB Singapore

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

(Working days of your choosing & mutually agreed with the company)

• Track fee payment from parents of students enrolled in all programs & courses
• Issue invoices for all programs and courses
• Reconcile invoices and payments
• Handle basic bookkeeping functions, GST record keeping, and accounting
• Work hand in hand with Company Secretary for accounts related matters
• Prepare documents for submission for income tax/ corporate tax filing for Pte. Ltd
• Communicate and work together with Centre Manager and Company Directors for Accounts related matters
• Provide caring and patient customer service in all communications with clients
• Fresh Polytechnic graduates with a Diploma in Accounting or related fields are welcome to apply.
• Higher Nitec graduates will be considered for Accounts Assistant positions
