About the role

As a Strata Management Accounts Admin at Knight Frank, you will be resonsible for handling accounting administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare partial or full set of accounts.
  • Prepare schedules for all Profit and Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
  • Address and resolve accounting-related queries.
  • Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks and operations team.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.

1. Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including accurate and timely invoicing.
2. Monitor debtor aging balances, follow up with customers, and collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on collection and billing matters.
