Job Requirements

Accounts Management:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure proper accounting and recording of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:
Reports to the Group Finance Manager.
Responsible for all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation and involved in operations matter such as arranging for delivery, sales order and Purchase order.
Handles a full set of accounts, monitors AR, AP and payroll, and assists in compliance with local statutory requirements, e.g., audit, tax, company law and secretarial issues.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management reports to regional headquarters.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, government and other statutory bodies; and
Ensure effective management of treasury and proper utilization of funds with updated cash flow report.

Requirements:
