Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers in accordance with tender requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/ACMV services.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV and M&E works, including design and build tenders.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and planning regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-motivated, confident individual with a collaborative mindset.
