• Responsible for executing and managing topside module construction and integration projects as per contractual specification and quality standard with agreed timeline and safely.
• Responsible for leading the project team in completing the project(s) by a set deadline to uphold company initiatives and objectives.

• Chairs various meeting with external and/or internal stakeholders
• Ensures quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected of applicable rules and contract requirements.
• Coordinating with Equipment Package Manager/Engineer to ensure the timely installation of equipment/bulk deliveries as well as vendor certified documents.
• Identifies and resolve site/production issues for topside when necessary
• To ensure that topside module completion, testing and commissioned as per project commissioning requirements.
• Leading project planning sessions, creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Coordinates with Engineering, QA, Commissioning and monitoring of all project documents in order to follow Basic Design, Building Specification, applicable rules, IMO Conventions & client requirements.
• Identifies risk, track and implementing risk mitigation plan.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for Client and/or senior management.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Abilities to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Chairs project post-mortem and shared lessons learned with internal stakeholders.
• To summarize and issue minutes of Meeting, Presentation slide and reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects and comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO/ FLNG
• Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
• Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes
