As a Senior Design Manager reporting to the Director, Design - Asia, you will work closely with our Technology team, making an impact in a number of ways:

• Helping to ensure we deliver to our customers on time and on budget
• Managing the design and construction teams as our project technical lead
• Driving continuous engineering solutions across the business by leading the design of customer centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project design team from inception to delivery of multi-MW hyperscale solutions
• Collaborate with our top cloud and enterprise customers and communicate presentations on all aspects of design
• Develop high level master planning, space planning and engineering solutions for potential new developments (feasibility stage)
• Produce consultant briefs to develop designs from feasibility stage through concept, scheme and detailed design stages, ensuring continuity of design philosophy and approach

Requirements

• 10 - 15 years' experience in design and project delivery of data centres
• A Bachelor’s engineering degree in mechanical engineering is a plus
• 5 years’ experience working for a data centre operator and previous hyperscale and cloud experience, ideally in the Asia Pacific market
