About the role:

The Engineering Manager’s responsibilities includes various engineering coordinating tasks and handling queries from/to consortium partner, project owner, owner’s consultant, competent engineers for Singapore local codes and regulations and project stakeholders with all the related JEL's project teams. The candidate should also have excellent technical knowledge, a responsibility for Singapore local codes and regulations for executing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the execution of the multi-discipline design projects including preliminary engineering, detailed design and procurement.
• Ensure that Engineering work is performed according to procedures and processes, within the timeframe, according to the budget and to the quality level expected
• Act as the focal point for the communication with client in all techno-commercial matters. Also ensure that the engineering and procurement has been carried out to industry's best practices, international codes and standards and client specifications.
• Prepare and deliver various engineering and procurement related presentations both internally and externally.
• Review and recommend or approve POs, sub-contracts and cost estimates.
• Manage risks associated with engineering and procurement activities
• Develop, document, implement & deliver Engineering Execution methods in in-line with Company strategy.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role for power plant construction and EPC projects
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, vendors, project stakeholders, and internal team members
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

Job Purpose

Responsible for accurate and timely recording of Club’s Point of Sales transactions / other miscellaneous receipts, and related matters

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensure daily sales and cash up reports tally with the system

· Check Club’s to cash deposits, PayNow, NETS and credit card settlement against bank statement

· Issue and monitor vouchers

· Post miscellaneous receipts in the system

· Perform surprise cash counts at Club’s outlets

· Record receipts from customers and members

· Collate entertainment claims receipts from users and update the details in excel on a monthly basis

· Engage with internal stakeholders (business units) on POS matters

· Work with Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive on AR related matters such as sending of monthly statement, update of collections in the system, keying in of daily tenants sales etc

· Initiate monthly GIRO collection from members of Club

· Perform monthly GST reconciliation

· Handle members and non-members queries via phone calls or emails

· Creation of vendor in the system

· Ensure that Financial Instructions Manual, accounting standards, financial policies and all relevant statutory requirements and procedures for financial matters are adhered to

· Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes and participate in relevant IT system development or enhancements

· Any other matters as required based on business needs

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years of general accounting experience

· Sense of initiative and responsibility with the ability to work with minimal supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical and meticulous, a team player

· Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

· Familiar with ERP accounting system or other financial systems

· Proficient with MS Office especially Excel

Assist the Salon Manager on the day to day running of the salon, including training, sales, consulting, ordering of stock, calculating of days taking and other assigned roles. Minimum of 3 years working experience with supervisory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of English is necessary and a second language is advantageous.

• Guide and oversee a team of technical professionals, including project and system engineers, to deliver project management, system commissioning, technical support, and pre-sales services. The aim is to meet customer requirements and fulfill the company's objectives.
• Set up clear communication within the team. Keep everyone informed about project updates, organizational changes, and other important information.
• Evaluate performance, establish goals, and offer feedback to team members to boost their performance and promote career development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervising a group of engineers experience in Security Industry.
