1. Enterprise direct sale based on the corporate business
plan as a Director
2. Inside sales team management based on pipeline
which candidate will create.
3. Planning Digital Transformation (DX) by proactive
mindset
Responsibilities
· Will take on sales activities from identifying
opportunities, proposing, negotiating and receiving
orders to delivery for domestic and global deals.
· Solution Sales: Plan and propose technology solutions in
cooperation with solution architects to customers (1.
Trading Company 2. Financial Industry etc)
· Proposes and sells IT services including WAN, Internet,
LAN, Data center, managed services etc.
· To establish sales objectives by forecasting and
developing annual sales quotas for existing and new
products and services.
· To manage and grow Inside sales team and assist sales
account managers to focus on their activity. achieve
growth and hit sales target.
· To consider customer’s business transformation by using
technology.
Requirements
· Degree or Diploma holder
· At least 8-10 years of ICT sales experience with Japanese
multinational corporate clients.
· Good understanding of both Japan’s ICT network
conditions and the ICT business environment in Japan.
· Good understanding of ICT technologies and
applications.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work
effectively across different levels.
· Excellent leadership and people management skills with
demonstrated improvement to overall department
outcomes.
· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and
strong negotiation skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder
relationships.
· Both English and Japanese language high proficiency,
oral and written, to liaise with clients and business
associates.
