- Customer AML/KYC CDD review for high risk and medium risk on deposit account holders including new or existing individual and entity customers.

- Review transaction monitoring alerts for plausibility/suspicion and documentation of its results.

• Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the Projects
• Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Carry out supervision of structural & geotechnical works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site
• Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the works
• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as built submissions etc., are well managed

Requirements

• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, mathematical acumen, time management aptitude and the ability to solve complex problems

Job Description

- Reporting to Compliance Team Head

- To serve as first point of contact (internally) and work closely with business units for all AML/CFT matters, including KYC.

- Main Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring and Review
• Daily clearing of sanctions screening alerts for transactions
• Compliance review of CDD cases (onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews), and counterparty onboarding and periodic reviews
• Perform AML/CFT-related reviews and compliance testing in accordance with Compliance Plan
• Conduct EWRA

- Perform gap analysis whenever required, such as when new regulations or MAS/Industry papers are published

- Provide AML/CFT training to staff

- Assist in other related tasks and requests

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in AML/CFT (CDD, Financial Crime Compliance), preferably in banking industry (mainly Corporate Banking)

- Bachelor's degree holder in business-related fields

- Analytical and detail-oriented

- Able to perform independent assessments and reviews, including writing of reports

- With strong compliance mindset

- ACAMS or any other Certification is a plus but not mandatory

• Make sure smooth running of the Company’s computer systems and provide technical support to users both in office and on board vessels own/operated
• Support in implementation of new info-system management software
