RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote the company by providing efficient service to customers through polite and helpful handling of enquiries.

• Attend to all enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional manner in line with the Company's guidelines and service standards.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up with customers on their enquiries and requests.
• Manage customers' complaints and feedback with a good closure.
• Create and/or maintain proper customer's information, call, email, and policy retention records in line with the Company's operation guidelines.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators targets for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall team targets as prescribed by the Company.
• Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company.
• Ensure business handled is within scope of authority granted, and in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines, control procedures and service standards.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding premiums and implement the company's credit control policy.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum GCE O Level

• Proficient in customer servicing and possesses strong drive for service excellence
• Good communication and writing skills
• Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
• Comfortable attending to customers via phone
• Ability to multi-tasks and meet timelines
• Able to adapt changes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant insurance qualifications / certifications is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager, Fixed Assets, in overseeing the Fixed Asset Operation, particularly the operation of asset disposal and across-division transfer.
• Review, standardize, and streamline asset disposal and transfer procedures to improve efficiency.
• Implement process controls to ensure timely asset disposal and asset transfer management.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Fixed Asset policies and procedures.
• Engage with Research Institutes to enhance their understanding of Fixed Asset processes.
• Generate management reports on Fixed Assets, addressing ad-hoc queries.
• Handle audit queries related to Fixed Assets and ensure all audit-related activities are conducted by established standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in Fixed Asset Management and within a shared service environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for effective team management and stakeholder interaction.
• Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be advantageous.
