Job description

• Making outbound calls to existing customers through leads given to acquire new unsecured loans sales.
• Recommending and persuading customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
• Following up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll and CPF submission
• Handle payroll, administer relevant government grants and related matters
• In charge of office maintenance - monthly and renewal - mobile, parking, copier, insurances, stationery
• In charge of ISO45001/Bizsafe audit yearly audit
• Assist in Admin and Account works like filing, costing, submission of documents etc
• Able to speak simple Chinese as need to liase with China suppliers

Requirements

1. Diploma holder in Accountancy or Finance
2. Payroll experience will be a plus point
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel, Power-point
