In this role, you’re expected to:

• Process FX transactions settlement, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products.
• Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues in a timely manner and make process improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements.
• Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department promptly and collaborate on a solution without compromising any risk & control.
• Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies. Provide training & guiding junior staff to be equipped with the right skillsets & knowledge for Maker process.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Banking Operations preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions including extensive experience in handling large projects delivering operational activities, especially in Foreign Exchange products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize tasks when under stress.
• Self-reliant, good problem solver & result oriented. Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager and Safety Manager in implementing and maintaining the project's safety management program, ensuring compliance with regulations and company systems.
• Promote a positive safety culture through staff training, risk assessments, and regular site safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents, manage corrective actions, and report on health and safety matters.
• Oversee safety audits, site inductions, and emergency response planning.
• Assist in rehabilitation processes and support all personnel in adhering to safety protocols.
• Make sure project execution runs safely in accordance with company and industry safety regulations.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Related qualifications and certifications in HSE management.
• Minimum 8-10 years of quality management experience in the construction industry.
• Registered as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes, track and update EHS KPI performance of the Business Unit, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Manage and liaise with authorities on safety and environmental-related matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the EHS function and overall safety performance.
