• Perform daily workplace inspection and rectify any unsafe practice and condition
• Implement & review Workplace and Health Management System (WSHMS)
• Conduct in-house WSH training and briefings
• Assist and coordinate in all risks assessments work activities
• Ensure safety in machinery, equipment, plant, article, substances and work processess at workplace

Job Requirements

• Registered Safety Officer qualifications issued by MOM
• Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting advertisements on Job Portals
• Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitments, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database
• Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
• Primarily focusing on sourcing and recruiting suitable Financial Consultant candidates
• Organizing of career talks and seminars
• Creating networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes
• Actively sourcing for qualified candidates through various means and sources
• Support any ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned
• Administrative work & follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduated from local school Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
• Keen interest in financial industry
