- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience and possess good knowledge of Employment Act, Work Passes, etc.
Who We Need
You will be the transactional expert in a 2-member HR operational functions team to support hospital-wide activities, to ensure that we are compliant with labor law and company policies.
You will drive the following initiatives:
- Manage all work passes for applications & renewals.
- Arrange medical checkup for onboarding and contract renewals.
- Handle staff general enquiries.
- Ensure Work Injury Insurance is reported within the stipulated time frame.
- Administer medical and benefits of employees e.g. submission of staff insurance claims, filing of Government-Paid Leave, etc.
- Provide support on the preparation of employee contracts/re-contracts and letters and ensure documents/records are complete and duly filed.
- Proactively maintain accurate and timely employee data by validating data across our HRIS system.
- Recommend process changes in HR operational processes and participate / support HR process improvement projects.
- Support in the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Assist to arrange interviews, conduct interviews, onboard new employees, such as signing of contracts, explaining terms & conditions to new employees, etc. when required.
- Provide reports and data of the portfolio under your care.
