Job Scope:
- Handle partial set of accounts, daily AP/AR duties
- Check and Send Invoices (mail, email, e-invoicing) to customers
- Send statement of accounts and payment to follow up
- Process payments and receipts
- Fixed asset monitoring and depreciation
- Accounting software and server administration
- Licensing & insurance renewal
- Perform month-end closing activities and monthly bank reconciliation
- Timely submission of financial analysis and management reports
- Government grants and claims submission
- Manage petty cash float
- Filing of documents (invoice, delivery orders, and contracts)
- Procurement of name cards, uniforms, office stationery, pantry supplies, and gifts
- Resolve accounting and auditing issues
- CPF, GST, IR8 submission, and other statutory requirements
- Payroll processing (less than 20 headcounts)
- Email setup, files access, issuance of mobile phone, safety shoes, and company uniform
- Handle any ad-hoc duties related to the job scope
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
