Position Overview

This position is responsible for reporting and reconciling our E-Store accounts on a worldwide basis. This involves working with very large Excel spreadsheets, so excel experience is required, with V-Look up skills. Ensures timely and accurate reconciliations and cash postings. Assists in the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports. Creates and posts journal entries. Ensures month end / quarter end close deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of E-Store accounts. Compare their billing reports to what is posted in Autodesk’s system. Identifying any differences, and work to resolve them
• Apply payment to the E-Store accounts. Identify any discrepancies and work with other teams to resolve them
• Assist with the close for the regional entity and consolidated as needed
• Preparation of internal reports
• Assistance in the preparation of management reports and audit schedules.
• Participate on special projects to automate cash application world wide and to streamline other AR processes
• Implement and document processes and procedures as required
• Interact with treasury, sales support, customers, customer service, revenue accounting, customer financial services, and outsource vendors
• Represents the Company and the department in day-to-day activities with both internal and external auditors, providing documentation as required, and information regarding the status / activities relating to accounts under review
• Process cash receipts timely and accurately (lockbox, checks, wires)
• Identify and correct invoices that have not posted to accounting

Minimum Qualifications

• Excel – Pivot Tables, V-Look-Ups
• Problem-Solving Required
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal

Salary: $13.45/hour

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 830am - 5pm

Location: Novena

Contract Period: Immediate till June 2024 (extendable based on performance and business needs)

Job Responsibilities:

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

• Only Singaporean
• GCE A level and Diploma
• Good communication skills

We are in search of an experienced candidate to play a key role in supporting our Business in the management of client billings and finance-related tasks. Responsibilities:

• Provide post-contract billing support to the Business, involving the review and determination of billing requirements for entry into the Global Financial System (GFS) billing module.
• Take charge of setting up client billing, processing, and generating invoices, ensuring compliance with billing cycles and adherence to contract terms and client specifications.
• Utilize GFS to run queries, reviewing Work in Progress (WIP) and other project reports for timely billing and completeness.

• Actively participate in the month-end General Ledger (GL) close.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in the final stages of pursuing the ACCA.
• Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft accounting software is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• 5+ years of work experience in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong and rights to work in both locations
• Bachelor’s education and an MBA candidate or graduate
• Ability to speak and write fluently Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accounting software.
