Requirements:

• Pipe fitting & Structural Steel Fitting Relevant Trade Diploma issued by Building and Construction (BCA) Academy.

• ACTA- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment.
• Min 5-6 years of experience as a trainer.
• Able to start in short notice period.

Administration

• Discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure that the payment process is initiated on a timely basis.
• Prepare reconciliation accounts and document supporting that concern Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all payment documentations are in accordance to hotel policy & procedure and accurately recorded into the SUN Accounting system.
• Collect and review all documents pertinent to payment preparation (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, original invoice, etc…), ensuring mathematical accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the transaction before filing them per supplier’s name, pending for payment.
• Prepare Payable Vouchers, Bank Transfer and initiate payment process in due time.
• Perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger bookings and to verify that Accounts Payable sub-ledger and General Ledger balances are matching.
• Ensure that on-hand outstanding invoices match with AP ageing report as per the system
• Prepare a monthly payment schedule and ensure the prompt payment preparation accordingly.
• Monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques.
• Post payment voucher and reconcile Ageing report and clear / follow up balance.
• Perform Creditor aging reconciliation with statement of account from supplier
• Prepare cheque run for approval.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Description - Accounts & Inventory Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting data entries, month-end closing of books and accurate reporting into ERP system
• Perform, reconcile inventory control & preparation of inventory reports
• Liaise with operations / warehouse team for any inventory related issues
• Participate in physical stock count with warehouse team
• Process invoices & payments (AP/AR set of accounts)
• Assist in quarterly GST reporting
• Prepare procurements of general supplies and handle a variety of administrative tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the team & assist in daily office and warehouse needs
• Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting roles
• Knowledge of MYOB / Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
• Motivated team player with a pleasant personality
• Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Description - Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory through timely and accurate inventory updates in WMS & ERP on a daily basis
• Daily inbound/outbound delivery schedule arrangement
• Perform stock allocation with FIFO principle for outgoing orders
• Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy (System & Physical) and high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping of warehouse
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security
• Conduct investigation on irregularities such as damages or stock discrepancy and report findings to immediate superior
• Communicate and coordinate operations with other plant personnel and functions
• Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in warehouse operations; Suitable candidates with 2 years & above relevant warehouse experience will be considered for a senior role (team lead)
• Forklift license is compulsory, Class 4 license / other applicable certifications are a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics WMS software knowledge will be an advantage
• Must be a responsible and resourceful team player who is able to make sound technical decisions in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal, management and problem solving skills
• Ideally with production industry background in the Oil & Gas or related industries
• Fresh graduates with positive attitudes to learn are welcome

Technical Officer (Maintenance- Instrumentation & Control)

West – Jurong Island, pick-up near Jurong East MRT Station

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Preventive and Corrective maintenance in accordance with maintenance plans and as work requests raised in the system.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities performed in the associated systems.
• To perform all jobs in accordance to safe working practices followed in the plant.
• Interact with Operation Staff on maintenance works.
• To assist, supervise contractors assigned for specific works.
• Contributing to the development of asset maintenance plans
• To monitor and take appropriate action to maintain critical spares.
• Assist in liaising with external agencies for all regulatory compliances.
• Responding to emergencies in plant

Requirements:

• Preferably Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent College degree may be waived if equivalent, extensive related experience can be demonstrated.
• Skill sets required – through knowledge on types of process instruments, calibration of instruments/gauges, understanding of control/instrument drawings pneumatic/hydraulic circuits, computers, knowledge in PLC and DCS would be added advantage
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, within a Power plant or related Industries.
• Self-motivated independent and has sound analytical and communication skills and is a team worker.
• May be required to work beyond office hours & weekends.
