You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.

1. To cover the any vacant position if there are resignations of Property staff
2. To conduct additional inspections at the estate to complement the existing property teams
3. To rotate among the divisions to solve estate issues, for example help out in divisions which did not do well in TCMR.
4. To assist Property Operations Specialist to conduct internal audit operations
5. Any other duties assigned by GM/DGM

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
• Working on Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday. (5.25 wk week)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

-maintaining the security and safety of school premises and property;

-operating school burglar alarm system;

-operating school auto lightning warning system;

-resolving school traffic movements;

-ensure operations department’s projects or works are completed timely;

-being the security OIC under the school emergency structure;

-assist OM in managing the contractors and to ensure that the contractors abide to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA);

-working with school Managing Agent and contract cleaners on the maintenance of school cleanliness and hygiene.

The candidate will also assist OM in:

-periodic stock check of the stores for health, emergency and safety equipment and other logistics;

-logistics support for school activities, excursions and functions;

-any other administration / operation duties assigned.
