1. To be responsible for the efficient and accurate conduct of operations of the finance department and to assist with accurate, efficient and effective accounting support.
2. Invoice Processing: Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization. Code invoices with appropriate general ledger accounts and enter them into the accounting system for payment processing.
3. Vendor Master Data: Maintain vendor records and ensure all information is up to date. Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
4. Month-end Closing Activities: Assist with month-end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations related to the accounts payable function. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. Reporting: To ensure that the monthly reports are prepared and submitted a day before the deadline.
6. Lead project assignments on internal process improvements and controls.
7. Other ad-hoc duties.

• Responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and subsequently inputting it into the system.
• Report directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager
• Be well versed in Resavison and Vouch
• Work closely with all Front Office and Sales & Marketing providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both enquiries and firm reservations
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while liaising with guests and clients both in person and on the telephone.
• Provide efficient and courteous telephone service to guests and callers so as to upkeep the service standards of Sofitel.
• Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the system and is of highest accuracy with errors kept to an absolute minimum.
• Offer appropriate room types, price inclusions, upsell and handle price objections.
• Responsible for ensuring that all daily tasks is completed diligently
• Take note of the reservation status to sell available rooms.
• To be well informed in all F&B Promotions
• Taking In Room Dining Orders and actively upselling and cross-selling
• Taking restaurant reservations and all other enquiries via phone or emails
• Monitor delivery of promises and orders that come through Vouch and HotSos
• Responsible for providing all telephone inquiries with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the Hotel.

Job Description:

The Guest Services Officer is responsible to present a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to patients and customers at the Information Counter and in Thomson Medical Centre (TMC). He/She is responsible for smooth hospital operations, display consistent excellent service level to all internal and external customers at all times, including duties assigned by Manager, Hospitality and Senior Manager, Guest Services.

Requirements:

• GCE “N”, “O” Level or Diploma
