• To perform the Account Payable Function. - Matching supplier’s invoices, Delivery order, Purchase order. -- Reconciliation of supplier’s statement of accounts. - Arrange payment.
• Process staff claim and petty cash documentations.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation.
• To assist in preparation for account schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties in any accounting issues or others assigned by manager or management

Job Requirement:

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the occupants, tenants, all his staff and subcontractors adhere and comply with WSH regulations, pandemic measures / safe management measures, Agency’s house rules, fire safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the Property to ensure compliance with the terms of the tenancy/license and to enforce against breaches.
• Conduct inspections of the Property to ensure that there are no illegal activities, including illegal hawking, illegal occupation of premises, and gambling.
• Port Management, Wharf Services, Market Management, Entry Pass / Visitor Management System.
• Enforcement to house rules (such as obstruction of Lawful Use of Common Property, use of Forklifts, smoking, fire safety rules) and Parking enforcement.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• At least 3 GCE “N”/“O” Level or equivalent.

Or

• 1 year of parking enforcement experience in public car parks or equivalent.
