Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.

Job Description

• Position Title: Sea Freight Import Officer/ Import Sea freight Shipping Officer
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Rotational Saturdays after confirmation, all Saturdays are WFH) (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am – 12.00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the preparation of invoices, order processing, and delivery documentation, including summaries and acknowledgments via email or phone.
• Manage sea import operations by coordinating with shipping lines, ports, and the Freight Team to ensure compliance with customs regulations and to streamline customs clearance processes.
• Perform inventory management, check GRNs (Goods Received Notice), and conduct closing for all delivery orders.
• Oversee permit declaration duties, update attendance reports, and maintain daily filing.
• Facilitate efficient import operations, interact directly with customs authorities, and pull necessary documents for discrepancy reports as needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

5. Preferably holding a WSH Level B Advanced Certificate
