Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full spectrum of receivables (AR) and payables (AP), including monthly closing, preparation of journal entries, and reconciliation of receivables, payables, bank, and inventory. Process customer invoices timely and resolve billing issues within specific deadlines. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. Coordinate with the sales team on debt collection status and manage the customer suspension list. Review credit limits and credit terms of customers. In our Shared Services department, we empower non-profits and social enterprises by providing affordable and professional services that are critical for their daily operations, such as bookkeeping, donation tracking, accounting to payroll and human resources support. We are currently looking for a Shared Services Accounts Associates, who will be responsible for assigned client portfolio as well as Internal Finance/Admin portfolio.
