• Monthly maintenance of balance sheet schedules
• Quarterly GST Submission
• Support in yearly audit, tax computation assignments
• To conduct on-demand outlet stock check, cash audit and fixed asset sighting
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of related working experience and possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably from F&B industry with MYOB knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SFRS, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills
• Able to start immediately or at short notice
• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words & Excel - strong in formula)
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, driven and a good team player
• Able to work independently, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Possess good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
