Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite)

Additional Skills (Desired)

• Proficiency in Japanese language
• Experience with J-SOX compliance
• Knowledge of FRS116 and lease accounting standards
