1. The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

2. The RTO shall possess relevant work experience in the supervision of LTA Stations or PUB DTSS-TBM/Sewers-MTBM.

3. The RTO possessing work experience with TBM, deep excavations & foundations are highly preferred

4. Working Location: PUB & LTA Projects, Singapore.

Job Description

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Working hours:

*Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

*To provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace;
*To provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment;
*To perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure safety of students moving in and out of the school premises.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

*Completed primary school education and preferably have some experience in general upkeeping of equipment/workplace, logistic or general operations support;
*Preferably be able to converse in English or Mandarin;
*Able to provide logistical support including arranging of furniture and equipment;
*Able to take instructions and duties assign by supervisor.
