• Coordinate ITRM and third-line/Internal Audit risk functions to ensure a unified approach to audit & risk management

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly desirable
• Familiarity with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) processes and practices
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards for technology and cybersecurity
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and thematic reviews
• Strong understanding of technology, information, and cybersecurity risks and controls
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams across the organization
• Strong reporting skills, with the ability to monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls
• Ability to prepare clear and concise risk and control reports for senior management

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Handles Accounts Payable and its administration
2. Conversion of GRN and entering of invoices in Microsoft BC
3. Match Supplier invoices with purchase orders/delivery order and prepare payment vouchers
4. Reconciliation of Supplier’s Statement of Accounts with vendor ledger records
5. Maintain and upkeep of accounts payable invoices, debit/credit note
6. Assist with Quarterly and Year-end Stock-take
7. Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents
8. Assist with audit and other tasks as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, conscientious and can-do attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft office and preferably with Microsoft BC experience

Salary Range: Basic $3000 - $3800 + Performance Bonus
Working day& time: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Working location: Kaki Bukit Avenue

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or related professional certification.
1 - 2 years of experience in project management or a related role within the construction industry.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Assist the operation team in planning construction works to ensure the projects meet the budget and due date.
Conduct site visits to monitor the project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
Manage workers to ensure they complete the tasks according to instruction given.
Track and report project progress to project manager, including work schedule, overtime arrangement, budgets, and resource used.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
Ensure all projects meet the requirement of safety standards and SOP.
Help to resolve issues at work site.
