- Ensure timely order processing, shipping documents and invoicing to Customers.

- Liaise with Customers on stock inventory, consignment planning, change-order and

forecast planning.

- Handle email correspondences with Customers, Suppliers, and forwarders on flight details

for shipments.

- Strengthen relationship with Customers with excellent services.

- Good documentation related to the Customers (emails, PO, Tax Invoices, etc).

- Arrangement of in & outgoing courier services/ deliveries, forwarders and delivery.

- Prepare documents for monthly closings, stock audit.

- Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned.
