Roles and Responsibilities:
• Arranging and preparing export shipment documents (invoice, packing list, insurance, booking, certificate of origin)
• Coordinate with customer/forwarder/warehouse to meet timely shipment schedule
• Communicate with customer/other depts for Advance payment received from customers
• Provide timely shipping documents to customers
• Ensure proper housekeeping of documents
• Ensure on time custom clearance for importation to Singapore
• Handle import cargo damages with suppliers & warehouse
Requirements:
• Diploma in supply chain management/ logistics
• Knowledge in stock replenishment, knowledge of international trade
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint is compulsory
• Good negotiation and communication skills with basic analytical skills
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics/ order fulfilment functions
• Ability to adapt diversify customers’ & supplier requirements
• Knowledge in international import/export operation and documents
