Role Description

The Group Risk Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall risk management strategy for DigiFT, ensuring that all risks across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Responsibilities

You will assist in the tasks of the Quality Service and Finance units for the client, with a focus on both quality service and finance support, including:

Quality Service tasks:

1. Addressing clients' queries over the phone and via emails.

2. Attending to walk-in clients.

Finance tasks:
