This position is for PMO inside PCM section in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CCS activities (+350 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for Cash Management and Corporate Banking business lines including 3 strategic projects).

This position aims primarily to cover all PMO activities of the department. KPI project supervision as well as all staff plan and budget activities in coordination with Head of Sections and other CCS PMOs.

The PMO is actively supporting the continuous improvement and change management journey of the department. In addition the candidate will support the heads of CCS on their weekly agenda.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to revenue accounting i.e. Invoice log, AWB log, Engine analysis
• Follow up on Unbilled Invoice on a timely manner which include liaising with various point of contact - Budgeting , forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis for timely and effective decision making
• Support finance and continuous improvement projects on a need basis
• Provide business partnering with all departments to ensure that information provided is timely and accurate to support decision making
• Management controls and audit function
• Review and perform SOX testing, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, support external and internal audits
• Support Finance and Continuous improvement projects on ad-hoc/need basis
• Interact with various departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting
• Assist in any other accounting activities as required or assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• CPA or with intention to pursue CPA
• Good working knowledge of MS Office software
• Good knowledge of GAAP & IFRS requirements is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Hyperion reporting system & SAP will be an added advantage
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to participate actively in projects
• Meticulous with good analytical & problem
• Solving skills
• Relevant working experience in audit will be an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and met deliverables
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels

Salary range : $2,400 - $3,400

Working Hours: Monday to Friday , 0730 - 1635

Working hours

11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm

2 days off per week (1weekday 1 weekend)

Job Description:

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.

• Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.

• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.

• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.

• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
