The prospective candidate is someone who is able to perform the full spectrum of training and development function and able to support the training needs of the company. This role would require a proactive and dexterous individual who is able to effectively communicate and provide key training to ensure ground staff are able to perform up to the company's expectations.

Objectives of this Role

• Primary point of contact to coordinate all training, learning and development initiatives and efforts for staff.
• Understand all SOPs of the company and able to effectively conduct the relevant training to staff while ensuring work are performed in alignment to SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager in identify training needs so as to conduct and establish training needs analysis.
• Responsible to be at outlet to facilitate training for staff at their different stations.
• Responsible to design and develop training programmes, thereby effectively managing and execution of the training programme but not limited to.
• Maintain and ensure training records are up to date, prepare training report for identifying training gaps.
• To plan, develop and support smooth onboarding training and learning processes for new join at work.
• Able to follow through on training and development records for staff career progression.
• Filing and keeping history on all training records for all staff.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources / learning & development with hands-on experience
• ACTA certification and any other training certifications will be added advantage
• Prior Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage
• Good team player with positive work attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
• Willingness and attitude towards work matters (Able to be stationed at outlets at times for training staff)
• Able to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Duties:

• Review and process invoices/submissions in e-Procurement platform (TenderBoard) for interface to SAP B1 (3-way match).
• Ensure account codes and GST codes used are appropriate.
• Prepare payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to beneficiaries and vendors.
• Perform reconciliations between interfacing systems and bank deductions.
• Perform completeness checks to ensure transactions are interfaced.

Job Description

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Process Expenses claims
• Ensure timely payment of expenses claims and suppliers
• Forecast weekly cash outflow
• Prepare AP month end reporting – eg. Details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule
• Maintain a good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts receivables process
• Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer and giro on a timely manner.
• Follow up closely with and call customers on late payment to clear overdue accounts
• Prepares Accounts receivables ageing report, audit schedules related to Accounts receivables and sends customer Statement of accounts.
• Maintain a good filing system for all invoices and receipts
• Monthly closing and year end audit

Requirement

• Diploma level and above in Accounting/Finance
• 3-5 years local experience in Construction background preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills

• Handle public phone enquires on medical reports requests
• Process medical report requests and follow up on medical report requests status
• Process duplication of medical records for patients
• Perform records management such as engage porter to deliver documents to patient care areas, archiving of document in e-MRO storage and tracing

Requirements
