• Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
• Ensure on time cost approval as well as GST billing and collection
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Other assignment as and when assign by the management

Job Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, e.g., airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn, quick learner, and accountability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills

Working Location: Island-wide
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Your job duties may involve:

• Processing of Applications: Assist in processing online applications received in the system. Assess applicant’s eligibility for student care fee assistance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and presenting data from research activitiesto support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Service: Assist members of the public in promoting the use of digital/online services to apply for financial assistance.
• Out-of-home Care Administration: Assist in conducting on-site audits and placement options for children requiring foster care.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Early Childhood Education / Marketing or other relevant disciplines.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
