RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
• Student Pass Management
  • Support the application process for student passes for all postgraduate programs.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues and queries related to student pass applications.
• Information and Scholarship Application Management
  • Streamline and collate lead information.
  • Support scholarship applications by ensuring timely notifications and e-filing of lead data.
• Application Process Management
  • Ensure a seamless application process for postgraduate program applicants at LKCSB.
  • Maintain proper documentation of application materials and follow up with applicants promptly.
• Admissions Process Coordination
  • Facilitate a smooth admissions process for LKCSB postgraduate programs.
  • Coordinate admission and scholarship interviews.
  • Manage the sending of admissions offers and other related administrative tasks.
• Event Operations Support
  • Manage event operations, including the preparation of promotional materials for outreach activities.
  • Handle event setup, preparation, and registration for both on-campus and virtual information sessions.
  • Ensure event details are communicated to registrants and follow up with them.
  • Attend to walk-in and telephone queries regarding events.
• Outreach Capability Improvement
  • Enhancing outreach capabilities via digital systems.
• Prospective Candidate Engagement
  • Provide high-level service and customer experience to prospective candidates, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience marketing education products, wholesale and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning.
• Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of postgraduate programmes or education environment a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Meticulous with attention to important details.
• Pleasant personality and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials needed for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist during dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and more.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.
• Record and update patient information, treatment plans, and medical history in the dental management system.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the dental clinic.
• Assist with patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure patients feel at ease before, during, and after procedures by providing compassionate care.

Requirements:

• Nitec or certification in Dental Assisting or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and hygiene protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care.
